Before the Smurfs, the Care Bears, the Transformers, before Jem and the Holograms, Polka Dot Door and Today's Special came into my life, there was Krtek (the Mole). He is the czech Pingu.
Through the glorious powers of YouTube he is back in my life (and yours).
Created in 1956 by Zdeněk Miler. Apparently, Krtek is also the shit in Japan. Go figure.
Now if only I could find Simon in the land of Chalk Drawings. Do you remember that? It was great.
